We maintain erection, service & maintenance personnel at Bhilai, Mumbai & Khambhat (Gujarat) to provide service facilities.

In Khambhat we have fabrication & Manufacturing facilities where Equipment is fully tested in run position & observation recorded for pressure, air quantity, current & temperature before despatch, duly packed crated.

We are approved Contractors for Air Conditioning & Ventilation with Companies like M/s Steel Authority of India Ltd- Bhilai Steel Plant, M/s NTPC, M/s National Aerospace Laboratories, Bangalore, M/s Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd. M/s SIEMENS Ltd., M/s VAI Engineering & Automation Pvt. Ltd , Etc. and Engineering Consultants MECON, BARC, CET, BEDB, NTPC & HINDUSTAN DOOR-OLIVER.

Our Package Air Conditioners from 3 TR to 15 TR are designed for heavy duty application in industries using open type Compressors which permit servicing facilities at site. We have experience of servicing AC units in cranes, coke ovens.

We have also supplied, Erected & Commissioned Packaged units for comfort conditions & Cold Storage plants for -20ºC for Taj Group of Hotels at Jaipur & Udaipur.

Over the years we have also designed, Installed & Commissioned number of Central Type Air Cooling Air Washer type units in Theatres & Cinemas having seating capacities of 800 to 1000 persons inside the auditorium & balconies with Centrifugal Fans, Water Pumpsets, Air Filters, Ducting Air grills, etc in various cities of India.

We have also installed 1,25,000 m3/hr Ventilation Air Washer plants for Steel plants & have supplied & Erected FRP lined Tube Axial Fans with Flame proof motors corresponding to VDE & IS standards for Battery rooms.

This Company has in-built capacity for design of Airconditioning & Ventilation Systems. We start with basic heat load calculations taking in account all aspects of civil drawings, wall thickness, glass windows, doors, roof insulation, outside weather temperature, selection of dependable & trouble free A.C equipment. Design of air duct systems, use of correct electrical driving motors, starters with safety devices & indicating control instruments for easy operation, service & maintenance. All these aspects are of paramount importance & essence of sales policy. Our wide long experience has been put into the making of this company.

Based on our Experience & feedback over the last 40 years, we can select components of AC Equipment and Air Washers like Condensor , Cooling Coils, Fans etc alongwith Cooling Towers and Electrical Panel boards as per our standard drawings. We follow ASHRAE standards and Indian Standards. Electrical Motors, Switchgear confirm to IS 325, IS 2147, IS 732.

We are familiar with BOCK, Freezeking, Kirloskar Copeland Compressors. All the components are tested before and after they are assembled. All AC units are tested for Temperature, Pressure, Air flow, water flow, RPM & Electrical currents.

We have our own Team of erectors comprising of qualified & experienced technicians, welders, fitters & tinsmiths to carry out site installation and handing over the AC system in running condition.

We also undertake annual service contracts for our equipment & arrange visit of our service engineer as & when required.

We maintain service station at Bhilai in Chattisgarh, Mumbai in Maharashtra, Khambhat in Gujarat & cater services for Erection & Commissioning to other States in India.
