Casing & Tank
The spray Chamber is housed in Casing made of M.S. Casing 3mm, Tank 5mm thk, Tank depth 450mm (H), with 40x40x5mm Angle frames. Spray Pipes Double bank Gl class B stand pipes with sockets, nipples to receive female nozzles. Each stand pipe is removable for servicing from HEADER PIPES and designed for minimum waterflow pressure drop. Spray Nozzles Brass / Poly-Carbonate for giving maximum atomisation with removable end cap for cleaning. Efficiency achievable up to 95%. Eliminators To prevent moisture carryover-PVC 6 Pass blades are inserted in serration plates held tightly between angle iron supporting frames. The eliminator assembly is removable for servicing. Pot Strainer Heavy duty steel/cast iron flanged pot type strainer is introduced in water circuit to trap dust, silt to avoid chocking up of nozzles and safeguard pump impeller. The brass strainer basket is removable type for cleaning. Tank Fittings Make up waterfloat valve, drain and overflow pipe connections are provided. External Piping & Fittings It is complete with G.I. Pipes, IS 1239 elbows, nipples, flanges, stop valve, indicating dial / stem thermometer, pressure guage with syphon, galvanized bolt-nuts rubber gaskets etc. Water Pump Set Centrifugal back-pullout / monoblock water pump suitable for 415 volts, 3 phase AC supply, (1W+1SB) with Motor. Centrifugal Fan Heavy duty supply air fan SISW type with 3.15/5 mm thk. MS IS2062/1079 casing / scroll / impeller, 6/8 mm thk. back plate-balancing ISO1940 grG6.3 & IS4894. Inlet VIV / outlet damper, channel base frame, V-belt drive, TEFC415V3ph, AC Motor. Air Filter HDPE 4/5 ply 50 mm thk air filter cleanable GI/MS framework, auto-viscous rotary self cleaning filter optional, GI/MS connection adopter piece between filter and fan inlet. Air Duct Air distribution Gl ducting-IS655 & IS277 with air grills. Electrical Panel Board EPB with MCCB, contactor, relays, isolating switch, push button, ammeter and voltmeter, indicating lamps as per IS. |
